Mothers' Yoga Circle

A mindful, restful yoga class that is just for you - no babies invited!

For mothers of all ages and stages (and welcoming pregnant women).

​

We will start class with tea and a chance to check-in in our circle, and then move into a gentle whole body yoga flow. We'll end with a gloriously long relaxation. The practice is slow and accessible, and no prior experience of yoga is neccessary.

​

The circle is held monthly on Sundays, 10am-11.30am at Warrior & Wild, Nailsworth.

​

This group is offered on a sliding scale basis, with two community spaces available free of charge - no questions asked.
